Differences on restoration of local bodies Kathmandu , 30 May: After the restoration of parliament NC and UML are intending to revive local bodies by rewarding former representatives of the local bodies once again. The tenure of those local representatives had already expired in 2002. UML and Nepal Majdur Kishan Party have already presented an urgent proposal at the parliament demanding restoration of the local bodies, writes Charcha weekly. If the proposal for restoring local bodies is passed, there is a little chance for the former representatives to get restored as the Maoists, who are protesting on the restoration of parliament would undoubtedly disagree the restoration of local bodies too.
