If this kind of looting happen in the Kathmandu valley is an Issue, Folks this thing happen in chitwan abouit 2 years ago and who cared at that time. You think it was SPA or Maoist. I say NO, Its local people along with Professional indians dacoits according to one of the fighter who survived. Local knew about the house and professional dacoits who carried the fight and looted the cash and jewellary. Thank god to Local People who took the local leader who knew the house hold took him to jail But I dunno about this incident in Kathmandu and "I'M NOT SURPRISED". No arguement here
