if you are not sure, ms. nails, why do you claim that "no that is not true ke!!! uffff! who told you that???" manixh, even if that bill was passed, what would be the significance of it? i guess it works out for student who want to come here and make some money before they go to school... besides, schools dont' sent their I-20's till april, may (am i correct?), and then you have to apply for visas and stuff, so it is not like all studetns will be able to come before four months. but just by reading the description, i don't think its true. i mean, how would the US government benefit from international students coming four months earlier, other than illegal works and such? and there is already so much on senate's plate with illegal works.........
