Guys, you messed up the sense of initial posting i guess. I think changing the system begins with changing the corrupted name labelled to it first and that is what Gallant meant by proposing to change the name, i guess. Simply transfering Padma Kanya or Saraswoti College in to University is not a solution. But, what can be done is that all campus in valley can be under one or two universities. all campus in Pokhara and vissinity can be another university and so on. TU is currently one of the world's largest university in terms of students, staff, and faculties, which should be spilitted in to at least 10 small but independent universities, each supported by local government.
