About the title: 'innocent' is not a proper word in this case. It should be (found) 'not guilty'. Lack of evidence or lack of proper law to press charges does not mean one is guilty or innocent. That is one of the reasons US has stuck to the policy of branding either Guilty or Not Guilty to defendants, which is good. Who is at fault? Prakash Ojha, needlessly to say, is at fault. Everyone in the system, who never felt the need to bring laws to address these crimes are responsible as well. Why could not so many GOs and NGOs working for 'child welfare'never could press the govt to formulate proper ordinance? Why couldnot MPs pass a law that could indict an individual like him? About his song, I dont think its fair to ban his songs. However, its a good suggestion to make his name public - if that hasnt been dont yet- informing the people at large about the misdeeds he has accepted of doing. After that, people can decide for themselves whether they still wanna hear his songs. As for me, his crimes would not stop me from listening to his songs though.
