NKL sathi, Since H1B quota for FY 2006 was all used up in September 2005 (US MS/PhD degrees in January 2006), I guess the processing date is not valid for those categories. I think the dates shown in the H1B processing dates are only for those with Cap exempt H1B applications. I guess officers involved in H1B cases were waiting for new cases after April 1, 2006, they should have approved the regular (premium) cases within a few weeks of filing started. I would believe the dates on the temporary ...... (whatever you said) regarding the processing dates. Good luck!
