Hi, Duluth is a suberb of Atlanta and is in Gwinnett county (one of the fastest growing county in US) Duluth is about 20 mins away from Atlanta downtown when there is no/less traffic. Otherwise will take longer..and also depends on the route. Apartment in that area can range from 650 and up for one bedroom. That was almost 4 years ago.
