I know why nepalese are bad in nepal. Because in nepal you can cheat during their work. Unlike in US and UK where you are working under somebody you have to give your 100%during the work and anynegligence wont be taken lightly. In nepal you can go to work at 10:30 for the work that starts at 10 and leave office at 4 which is meant to be closed at 5. You can take a coffee break and spend hours in talking with collegues. Plus there are lot of Rajniti in nepali work.
