Lootekuker, I understand what you are saying. I also understand that the power that was, the royals, were largely for themselves and their chamchas. They were/are autocratic. Frankly speaking, amongst Kings, bar Prithivi Narayan Shah and amongst other royalties, Bahadur Shah, (at this very moment) I can not recall anyone worth mentioning. Yeah, few did some good things here and there, but what the heck, what else were those suckers supposed to do? Like you said, it's easy for us to understand but very difficult for an uneducated and underprivileged villagers to comprehend the blind teaching of mythical royalties. Holding on to that same premise for Maoists, how long would it take for those very villagers to have another emotional outburst from violent suppression of the Maoists? Their violence have been the cause of grievance largely for those very underprivileged and suppressed kinds. And by the looks of it, Maoists will not stop at anything short of totalitarian regime where voices against them will not be jailed; no sir, they will be mutilated and massacred. Simple! And who is to argue since their "ideology" is good. Ideology, my friend, can and probably is right of many entities. Actions however are completely unlike.
