I think time has come for civil society and leaders to think about these ridiculous, jobless and destructive mob in Nepal. They are destroying public property and interrupting normal life for no reason. If government do not take strong action, cops do not act it will turn ugly. We all know how Ranas created khukuri dal in 2007 and tried to disturd peace after democracy. Seems like history is repeating here..... These mandles or mandale hired gundas should be stopped. They seem to go around Nepal looking for one small reason to destroy and create panic and disrupt normal life.
