yes, some unpopular decisions that are made such as seculirism and not making some other decisions that were to be made are the reasons for this. During past 14 moths, palace could only get the "Sutkeri Bhatta" (hope you understand what i mean) and now only the handful parliamentarians got enough power to do whatever they want (get enough "Sutkeri Bhatta"). They had the parliament before but what they could do??? nothing! people are not opitmistic of this parliament. it could not even sack COAS Pyar Jung Thapa, how could these parliamentarians declare republic Nepal if people opted for after constituent assembly election/ what could they do for people? what about minorities, women, etc issues??? Real power is not shifted to people from monarchy or parliament yet.
