Girija wouldn't give a rat's ass to anything. He very well knows that he is not going to be around for a long time not only in the political scene but in this world. So he does not bother to upset those people who are threat and concern to him in his last days. And those people certainly are not the general citizens. That is why we should not have any leaders who are in the verge of disappearing from this world. They do not fear any criminal charges for their actions because they knwo they will be long gone when or if those charges should arrive.
