Madan Bhandari was definitely killed in a planned accident. The straight guess is CIA and/or RAW. As someone has already pointed out that the place is lot more safer one in the Mugling-Narayangad section. After the accident, Amar Lama made a small wound in his leg himself so that it would look like an real accident, which he accepted later. so many questions...
