Maoists abduct teachers Surkhet, 21 May: The proposed lower secondary Kalapani hhigh school has closed down for the last four days after CPN (Maoist) activists abducted six teachers, Annapurna Post reports. Six teachers, including principal Top Bahadur Adhikari, were abducted 17 May . Adhikari, who escaped the same night, said the school with 500 students has been forced to close down.
