It was a clear case of murder. Reasons 1. Why would driver survive after such a fatal accident 2. The place where they died called dasdhunga is considered much safer place compared to other place for driving 3. The driver was murdered later. Probably he was demanding money or something. He was killed in order to hide the evidence.
