khight..., It is always reasonable for the rebels to keep their bargaining power when they go to CA. What needs to be done is that we keep both army and maoists under the supervision of some international body. Both must lay down their arms and be under such body so that there wont be fear from any sides... And all the maoists should be given amnesty...we should not be thinking of punishing them for all those criminal activities in the past...if we want sustainable peace..
