yes yusuf, army should be under the heart and brain of People. IF not, there will be conspiracy to endanger or jeopardize the newly gained democracy. I dont like to talk much. But .......??? It stands to reason that If king has brain with lovely, charismatic heart, he would have fight shy of all the present adversity from home and abroad.But the leaders should leave no stone unturned to live up to the people's expectation. But I smell a rat!!! But let's hope and wish for the new nepal.
