Really, I used to be in support of the king some time back thanks to leaders careless, irresponsible attitude toward the poor nepali people, but given the past records of events like Royal massacre, I have to say with brave heart that Nepal doesn't need king. And the kings dealing with maoist problem and recruiting PMs like slaves, calling tender for the post of PM two years back and such and such activities from the Palace have fallen short of my expectations. King has time and again sacked and admitted the new pm like homekept slaves, helper. Had he been going as per the morale of constitution? By saying this I cant glorify the present leaders in the parliament. King, party leaders, maoists have a share in making what Nepal is today. Everything that was stated on HOR declaration was in sync with both popular aspirations and most importantly maoists. Indeed the dawn of new era has come after paying a heavy price. It was the maoists who are the main “Kheladi� players among the amateur politicians–everyone agrees on it. Where in the world do you find active monarchy sustaining in keeping with political parties. King shouldn't enter into politics. Okay--he should be in his own place. or If possible can abdicate if he desires so. Even after the CA--if Maoists came to power I would heartily welcome them as they have already said that their style of government wouldn’t be like that of China but rather multiparty democracy, election.
