Do they think we all are stupid or what??? What is he talking about?? Guys, please clarify this for me..... - http://www.nepalnews.com/archive/2006/may/may21/news01.php Maoist not to return to Jungle: Sharma A senior member of the Maoist and one of the members of the Maoist talk team, Dinanath Sharma said that they will not return to the jungle even if talks were not held with the government. Addressing a mass meeting of the Maoists at Shahid stadium in Biratnagar on Saturday, Sharma said, “The Maoists will launch different kinds of movements but not return to the jungles even if the government does not hold talks with us.” He also accused the government of not being in favour of implementing the 12-point agreement and “falling into conspiracies hatched by the king and foreigners.” Sharma said that the government should release all the political detainees and publicise the whereabouts of all disappeared people to create conducive environment for talks. On his party’s roadmap of talks with the government, Sharma said, “Our road map is for the dismissal of the parliament, a round-table conference, interim constitution and the election to a Constituent Assembly.” “We do not support the present parliament, it should be dissolved at the earliest,” Sharma said, adding that “the structure of the Army — and not the name alone — should be changed”. “We are ready for unconditional management of arms if the government army hands over arms to the people,” Sharma said. <\b> He also urged the government not to make the management of Maoist arms a big issue.<\b> Maoists announced a three month ceasefire and formed a talk team to hold talks with the government as per the 12-point agreement with seven political parties. nepalnews.com pb My 21 06
