I do not know that much about USSR/US pact. However, during the early part of the WWII USSR helped Germany to annex Poland. The same war took 20 mil Soviets during the later part of WWII, so snake is always snake it will bite you regardless whether you fed it milk or not!! I wholly support the current development in Nepal. However, the NEPAL SARKAR now must act to control so called political activities of Maoist, if not they will show their real face and do what other so called communist rebels did around the world. They are trying to keep political parties busy with power horse trading and capturing the country side, after that nothing will left for the government in Kathmandu keeping in mind the uncooperative security apparatus
