I dont think ppl will start killing cows in Nepal. I agree with knt. The person who started this stupid thread can go and start killing the monkeys and parewas in Pashupati and Swayambhu!! Even if Nepal is a secular country it does not mean that you can go around killing cows. I guess there is still a law that prohibits killing of cows....and monkeys.
