This is probably because you are either a non-Hindu or an anti-Hindu? If you are non-Hindu then probably for you it should not have been the matter of applause. For a non-Hindu, it should have probably been the matter of indifference. If you are anti-Hindu then i see there is logic to applaud this action. For one who believes in Hinduism will think this is blow to the majority of the Nepali population in the name of Secular and inclusive democracy. More inportantly, as Y. Alam had very aptly mentioned earlier, it will give Hindu fundamentalist (generally, they include supporters of King since they have money to make “Hindu Sena”) with the support from their counterpart in India to weaken the secular party politics. Now you will find parities in the name of religion, I think we are inviting unnecessary religious tension and violence with this unwarranted inclusion in the proclamation.
