This "Tikaram" House of Representatives, which was resurrected with king's hukum is turning into an absolute hukumi headquarters. These so called member of parliament do not have mandate to invoke all kinds of hukum. They should go to CA as soon as possible and let the new Constitutuion decide how things should be. Parliament should neither be nirankus nor an executive body. These expired MPs should be forced to go for CA. I have a feeling that these suckers want to hang on with more and more power as long as they can.
