but, just wondering how it was an accident? why/how a student at a college gets a gun? even he gets, why/how he plays with it? even he does, how he triggered on the chest of others, not on the wall? is it like a vehicle accident (according to US law), so that he can so easily escape from any penalty? do US authorities learn any lesson from such incidences? Why don't they ban the selling of guns to ordinary people so that further accidents could be avoided?
