sabai chorai chor hunchhan satta aaye pachhi.. in case of maoists, they may take some actions against civil servants and RNA, police officers, but they have no gutss to do any thing against politicians, because doing so gets an issue of human right violations, detainees of political inclinations, etc. which does not help any government.
