We need kind as ceremonial with the power of representative to decide the future of king at anytime.The idea of republicism is ideal.But just like nepal witnessed democarcy in 1990 -2003 and how these politicians abused it are we ready for one more disaster?The power vaccum will certainly be there if we remove king completely (i would love too though) for the sake of nepalese not aware of pratices of republicism there should be a smooth transisition and awarness.
