This is sad. Government should be serious and do something to boost their morality. Maoists are criminals, however these steps might be necessary for the inevitable peace. Government should clearity by saying they're trying to improve security structures, and also should give rewards for the good security forces like the ones in kalimati (From umesh's blog video) who acted with patience and other people who fought against maoists. Security forces should not be demoralised.
