lukhurke , May be I am wrong. There is another Pokharel guy retired from Home Ministry. His name is Padam Prasad Pokharel, who is also Govinda Raj Joshi's "Samdhi". When Joshi became home minister, Joshi made Mr. Pokharel Secretary for Home Ministry. Later, sadly Both Joshi and Pokharel were arrested by CIAA. Both "Samdhi" spent months behind the bar on a [same] corruption charges.... I am not sure what Padam Pokharel is doing these days. I really hope Padam Pokharel is not becoming US ambassador!! DB
