TimeTraveller, As long as you are not consuming more than 2000 calories a day, you should be fine. Moreover, running 30 mins in the treadmill is awesome. Just something I learnt in my fitness class, the heartrate at which you run is important factor in losing weight. The heartrate at which you should run to loose weight is 85% of (200-your AGE). I also heard that stretching BEFORE you workout is a myth, and it doesnt do a squat for your fitness level. Try to run outdoors rather than the treadmill -- proven to be effective.
