I dont think brain drain is a problem in Nepal. More people are being educated, in the process educated people have outrun the available opportunities. How many educated people leave nepal in a year ? 20,000?? And this number includes maximum number of undergrad students. Far more than this number of people are being educated and new area are being approached. I dont think brain drain is a problem. The best doctors of nepal are still there. The best engineers are still there. Lots of musicians are exploring new areas.
