Plz tell me a good reason why do u want to stop the so called brain drain? why u r not talking about "managing" it or taking profit fro the country7 from it? For every problem is it to STIP ot, when someone tells u water from river is casuing flood and loss of life will ur solution be stop the water in the river? i just want a little thinking and honest opinion plz, thanks.
