Maoists not to surrender arms Kathmandu , 8 May: Maoist central committee member Pampha Bhusal has stated that they will not surrender their weapons until the election for constituent assembly will be successfully carried out, writes Dibyadarshan weekly. Addressing a mass meeting held last Sunday Bhusal suggested the seven parties that an interim government consisting of the representatives from the parties, Maoists and civic society must be formed and hold election for the constituent assembly. Bhusal further suggested that just a proposition for constituent assembly is not enough, they ought to declare it and apply it to an enduring practice. People’s News/Kumod
