Hi all sajha members, I am planning to operate a stock broking company registered in Kathmandu Nepal. what are the fees and legal requirements for obtaining such a licence from the securities commission nepal. I would really appreciate a reply regarding all the queries above, from anyone well informed in these matters. I have enquired about these issues with the staff at securities board Nepal but they said that the board is not issuing any such licences at present.
