Can someone please explain me why UML cannot have some ministry like defense, finanace, home or communication? I know these ministries has lot of money to spend but all of the ministries have these days. They agreed on girija, one of most famous corrupt face in Nepali politics, as a prime-minister but why is this infightings? Can someone please explain what goes behind the screen? Foreign intervention, another regressionary movement by palace or just arrogant girija and stupid congress? Thanks,
