iF A GROUP THAT HAS LOOTED, TORTURED, DISPLACED AND KILLED THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE OVER A DECADE AREN'T CALLED "TERRORISTS" -- then we need to make up a new word that doesnt exist in the english dictionary to call them... i think they just terrorised the SPA to remove the "terrorist" tag,, maybe terrorism does work for Nepal.... look how far it got the Mao's....???
