Yes... It is true... country infrastructure is the main foundation of nation. India has long way to go. There are 3 - 4 billion people and 4 people are richest people in the world. India has to well plan and develope infrastrue, security, political stability, peace and quality education for majority population. India has to change majority population's modern mentality. But it is not happening tomorrow.
