that is bullseit idea. who does PHD?? who has no job or who didn't get job and had free time, nothing to do. if you are smart you will get job when you finish undergraduate. if not when you finish your masters. see, people who has phd degree, i really respect them but what is the outcome of being phd............................ waste of time..life and it will be another waste if you form an organization with oldie craps. why don't you remove phd and form an organazation which will be meaning ful and fruitful this is my personal openion, you might have different, it hurts your feeling, i can simpy hearitly say sorry. cheers
