revival: That was a good boi for someone trying to move to CA. However you will be surprised by the house prices if you are moving from a state where a house is still affordable. You could make as much as 90-110K with that bio but will not be able to afford a good 3-4 bedroom house in a decent city. After living in Southern California for more than 10 years, I am planning to move out to some places line Austin where I can still see sun but can afford a house of 3200+ sq ft.
