I agree with M5 that NY provides an excellent location but my interest is not in the stock markets or finance. After graduation, I hope to work for some INGO or other organizations as a researcher and at the same time I want to play a significant role in the planning of Nepalese economy through proper quantitative analysis. I specifically wanted to find out schools with strong programs on Development Economics and Econometrics rather than finance.
