You probably already know this already, but EB2 has two categories. One, you already seem to be aware of, that requires PERM. The OTHER one, is called National Interest. Depending on your qualifications and the field, you could be eligible for that. And THAT does not require PERM, or labor certification, and you can file I140 and I485 at the same time.
