We need some leaders from Civil Society in this Cabinet to check the performance and behavior of SPA Leaders. They will again engage in corruption and power struggle if we do not check them tightly. Thus I propose Gagan Thapa and Krishna Phadi Ji should also be in this cabinet representing Nepalese people and Civil Society.
