Prachanda likely to surface Kathmandu, 2 May: Maoist chairman Prachanda is likely to appear in Kathmandu after parliament decided to go for a constituent assembly, Dhristi reports. After it has become certain the government will announce a ceasefire, a source said Prachanda will surface at the Open Air Theater. Sources said he is near Kathmandu and is in constant touch with leaders of political parties.
