As far as I know maobadis (leaders) are in the driving seat now and calling all the shots. I spoke with my folks at home and they said the same thing. There was a news published describing their current role and how they are forcing the party leaders to act on their wishes. Unfortunately I cannot locate that article. Maobadi heads are busy with the party leaders and their cadres are having fun and waiting for their bigger golden days to come.
