An appropriate title of this thread should be: Senior Unix System Admin and Senior Oracle DBA with 6+ yrs And perhaps the description should be labeled as 'core requirements' as opposed to 'core IT' in the title. System admin and DBA positions are support roles and can differ vastly in number of users/applications they support.
