rien how do you see tat happening with the maoist insurgency....if the consitution assembly is to represnt alllll nepalis, then first maoists need to surrender their arms, come to the table, hold talks and then together they must hold elections, and the winner o f these electiosn should be, in turn, teh members who write the new constitution, decide the monarch's role and decide on national and local elections for a new government... waht is hte possiblity taht this will happen?
