consitutent assembly members, who draft the consitution, are suppposed to be elected by the people becasue the new consitution should represnt all citizens. but with the maoist insurgency and all, i am assuming, the people who draft the new constitution will be teh same peopless.....same leaders....would love to diss them, but things look better now than yesterday, so i am happy for now.
