ITS AN ELECTION WHEREIN EVERY VOTE FROM NORMAL CITIZEN COUNTS WHICH WILL DECIDE HOW THE CONSTIUTION OF THE COUNTRY SHOULD BE. In our case it will decide: 1) Role of monarchy (republic/constitutional/cermemonial)? 2) Position and role of Maoists in the political framework 3) Role of Army 4) Role of Maoists army 5) Other norms which guide the politics of the country. 1990 constitution is outdated, because it is not legitimate since normal people did not vote for it.
