malai pani thah chaina byareee.. tara i think it is a body of members who are vested wtih the responsiblity of creating a new consitution...so the consitutent assembly that is meeting on friday is going to decide on teh new consitution (which i think we desparately need) and moiasts insurgency and the monarch as well (i think they will get rid of dhara 127, what you say)
