vincetbodega you are right, one action does not define the whole RNA. but lets look at the case. the girl was mass raped by armies. and the innocent civilians who died were not killed by one army, but by a whole group. again, this extreme unjustice and inhumane act done by a few does not define the whole army. but you do realize that the RNA needs to be disciplined, right??? do you remember sometime in december when one drunk army in nagarkot mela killed 12 civilans and then another army killed him to spare the RNA public humiliation and said that he had actually committed suidcide. lets say such incidents occur again. one army kills civilians, RNA kills that army and claims he committed suicide. end of story. can we let this happen?? rna has killed prisoners of war and claimed that they committed suicide in prision by hangining themselves through shoelaces.... ther are numerous other examples....our nepali RNA definitely needs some training.
