Gyane ko kripa le prime minister bandaichha tyo girija pheri pani. whatever parliament decides, polititical or constitutional, it must be signed by Gyane to get enforced. You will see girija entering the palace, taking oath against people's aspiration and according to king's wish "i will be dedicated to the nation and the raj mukut...." or so so... and coming out to betray Nepali people......... hare Shiva!
